Description: 

Responsible for generating sales opportunities or upselling via phone, email, etc. Interacts with customers on a daily basis and either offers an appropriate solution or hands off any qualifying leads for jobs outside of scope to outside sales. Responsible for generating revenue and/or profit margin, provides product selection assistance, quotes, order processing assistance, expediting orders and technical support. Have additional responsibility to manage workflow, guide and/or act as escalation point for lower level reps.  University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.,Bachelors Degree,1 Year,Evaluated in context of the standard size.  Sets and achieves daily operational objectives that have some impact on others within the job area.,Often uses influence to convince  both internal and external parties that have a desire to reach agreement to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.,Regularly Correct or resolve issues or problems in existing systems and processes.  Makes minor changes.  Less often Adapts or enhances quality or value in existing methods; make better as part of day-to-day activities.,Frequently problems and issues to be addressed generally fall within a single job area or discipline; scope of problem well defined.   Less often, Problems may be only vaguely defined and require understanding and consideration of other job areas.,Often uses specialized knowledge of specific commercial, technical, trades, or office operations and less frequently uses broad theory and principles within a professional discipline or advanced technical/operational practices.,Individual contributor, no direct responsibility for leading others.,Application of knowledge is narrow (domestic) and limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar culture.
