Service Administration

Collects and coordinates business requirements for analytical reporting.  Monitors the performance of reports and dashboards, completes data validations, and resolves data integrity issues.  Provides BI system user support through training and query resolution to ensure the most effective usage of BI data.  University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.,Bachelors Degree,1 Year,Evaluated in context of the standard size.  Sets operational objectives and delivers results that have a direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area.,Often explains facts, practices, policies, etc. to primarily others internally.
