Performs standard test engineering assignments usually representing a significant portion of a larger project. Selects engineering techniques to solve problems and makes recommendations.  University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.  6 Years suggested minimum experience.,Bachelors Degree,6 Years,Evaluated in context of the standard size.  Sets operational objectives and delivers results that have a direct to significant impact on achievement of results with the job area or within the context of a wider operational area.,Often explains facts, practices, policies, etc. to primarily others internally.
