Leads the planning, execution, and performance of small mechanical retrofit projects.  University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.  3 Years suggested minimum experience.,Bachelors Degree,3 Years,Evaluated in context of the standard size.  Sets operational objectives and delivers results that have a direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area.,Often explains facts, practices, policies to  both internal and external parties. Infrequently uses influence to convince  both internal and external parties that have a desire to reach agreement to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.,Regularly Correct or resolve issues or problems in existing systems and processes.  Makes minor changes.  Less often Adapts or enhances quality or value in existing methods; make better as part of day-to-day activities.,Problems may be only vaguely defined and require understanding and consideration of other job areas.,Broader knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline or advanced  technical/operational practices.,Manages less than three team members, or leads an indirect team which may be of substantive size.,Application of knowledge is narrow (domestic) and limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar culture.
