Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Supervisor

Conducts somewhat complex preventive maintenance, repair, replacement, installation and commissioning under general supervision. Interfaces directly with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Manages assigned work to meet professional and efficient execution of time and customer satisfaction.  University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.,Bachelors Degree,1 Year,Evaluated in context of the standard size.  Often delivers results with a short-term, operational focus and limited impact on others and occasionally sets and achieves daily operational objectives that have some impact on others within the job area.,Explains facts, practices, policies, etc. to  both internal and external parties.,Adapts or enhances quality or value in existing methods; make better as part of day-to-day activities.,Problems may be only vaguely defined and require understanding and consideration of other job areas.,Broader knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline or advanced  technical/operational practices.,Individual contributor, no direct responsibility for leading others.,Application of knowledge is narrow (domestic) and limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar culture.
