HVAC Technician

Provides accurate and timely technical information, advice, and assistance regarding the organization's products and services before, during and after a transaction to maintain and improve customer relationships. Interacts with sales staff on a regular, defined basis; communicates with supply chain staff as needed.  University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.,Bachelors Degree,1 Year,Evaluated in context of the standard size.  Often sets and achieves daily operational objectives with some direct impact on others within area. Occasionally sets and delivers operational objectives with direct impact on achieving results within area.,Explains facts, practices, policies, etc. to  both internal and external parties.,Correct or resolve issues or problems in existing systems and processes.  Makes minor changes.,Problems may be only vaguely defined and require understanding and consideration of other job areas.,Broader knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline or advanced  technical/operational practices.,Individual contributor, no direct responsibility for leading others.,Application of knowledge is narrow (domestic) and limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar culture.
