Sales Engineer

Works with sales team and buyers to develop and manage new or expanded performance guarantees. Oversees the work of assigned resources for the smallest projects. Monitors and reports on client activity to ensure consistency with contractual obligations for portfolios up to $30M in active guarantees.  University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.  3 Years suggested minimum experience.,Bachelors Degree,3 Years,Evaluated in context of the standard size.  Sets operational objectives and delivers results that have a direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area.,Explains facts, practices, policies, etc. to  both internal and external parties.,Regularly Correct or resolve issues or problems in existing systems and processes.  Makes minor changes.  Less often Adapts or enhances quality or value in existing methods; make better as part of day-to-day activities.,Problems may be only vaguely defined and require understanding and consideration of other job areas.,Often uses broad theory and principles within a discipline or advanced technical/operational practices.  Occasionally uses advanced knowledge and skills within a specific discipline integrating theory and principles with organizational practices.,Individual contributor, no direct responsibility for leading others.,Application of knowledge is narrow (domestic) and limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar culture.
