Quality Control Team Leader

Develops and delivers operational and financial plans for an area/region in single market, including project delivery or service operation management. Develops and executes operations and sales workforce resource plan. Executes the overall enterprise wide strategy for the recruitment, development and retention of subcontractors and in house labor. Drives continuous improvement and best practices to improve effectiveness. Provides operations' governance leadership and develops and sustains executive level leadership with customers.  University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.  6 Years suggested minimum experience.
