Description: 

Provides telephonic and on-site technical support to customers on issues regarding installation, application, and service problems. Administers inventory controls and regional ordering function. Oversees and coordinates customer product delivery and other shipping and receiving activities. Trains warehouse personal on handling procedures.  University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.  6 Years suggested minimum experience.,Bachelors Degree,6 Years,Evaluated in context of the standard size.  Sets operational objectives and delivers results that have a direct to significant impact on achievement of results with the job area or within the context of a wider operational area.,Often uses influence to convince  both internal and external parties that have a desire to reach agreement to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.,Adapts or enhances quality or value in existing methods; make better as part of day-to-day activities.,Problems may be only vaguely defined and require understanding and consideration of other job areas.,Often uses broad theory and principles within a discipline or advanced technical/operational practices.  Occasionally uses advanced knowledge and skills within a specific discipline integrating theory and principles with organizational practices.,Manages less than three team members, or leads an indirect team which may be of substantive size.,Application of knowledge is narrow (domestic) and limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar culture.
