Executes EHS policies. Monitors business managers to ensure that they and their staff are following policies and procedures. Serves as a subject matter expert and provides EHS advice to operational management teams. Provides support for assessing and controlling risk in the workplace. Carries out investigation of workplace incidents and writes report recommending action.  University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.,Bachelors Degree,1 Year,Evaluated in context of the standard size.  Sets operational objectives and delivers results that have a direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area.,Explains facts, practices, policies, etc. to primarily others internally.,Correct or resolve issues or problems in existing systems and processes.  Makes minor changes.,Frequently problems and issues to be addressed generally fall within a single job area or discipline; scope of problem well defined.   Less often, Problems may be only vaguely defined and require understanding and consideration of other job areas.,Broader knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline or advanced  technical/operational practices.,Individual contributor, no direct responsibility for leading others.,Application of knowledge is narrow (domestic) and limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar culture.
