Procurement Analyst

Plays a substantial role in the development, management, and assessment of suppliers on a regional level. Analyzes supplier database in support of evaluating their capability, quality, reliability, and price competitiveness. Supports the development and maintenance of the department metrics and scorecards. May manage or support management of a commodity life cycle. May support negotiation and award of contracts within specific spending limits.  University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.,Bachelors Degree,1 Year,Evaluated in context of the standard size.  Often sets and achieves daily operational objectives with some direct impact on others within area. Occasionally sets and delivers operational objectives with direct impact on achieving results within area.,Often explains facts, practices, policies to  both internal and external parties.
