Manufacturing Team Member

Assists in defining, implementing, and maintaining plant tooling following procedures and conducting the testing, collection & analysis of the data. Also may assist in the make, repair, design, adaptation and rectification of tools, dies and other pieces of equipment.  2 year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.  2 Years suggested minimum experience.,Associates DegreeTechnical Degree,2 Years,Evaluated in context of the standard size.  Delivers own output according to specific operational targets.,Explains facts, practices, policies, etc. to primarily others internally.,Correct or resolve issues or problems in existing systems and processes.  Makes minor changes.,Frequently problems and issues to be addressed generally fall within a single job area or discipline; scope of problem well defined.   Less often, Problems may be only vaguely defined and require understanding and consideration of other job areas.,Often uses specialized knowledge of specific commercial, technical, trades, or office operations and less frequently uses broad theory and principles within a professional discipline or advanced technical/operational practices.,Individual contributor, no direct responsibility for leading others.,Application of knowledge is narrow (domestic) and limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar culture.
