Manufacturing Team Leader

Diagnoses problems, repairs, adjusts and maintains production equipment and machinery to ensure reliability and efficient day-to-day operations. Tests and inspects parts regularly, and identifies issues. Takes preventive measures to avoid unexpected downtime.  University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.,Bachelors Degree,1 Year,Evaluated in context of the standard size.  Often delivers results with a short-term, operational focus and limited impact on others and occasionally sets and achieves daily operational objectives that have some impact on others within the job area.,Often explains facts, practices, policies, etc. to primarily others internally.
