Performs a variety of administrative tasks associated with supporting an HR department including scheduling department meetings, providing department reporting, and usage of basic departmental systems.  2 year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.  4 Years suggested minimum experience.,Associates DegreeTechnical Degree,4 Years,Evaluated in context of the standard size.  Often delivers own output according to specific operational targets and occasionally delivers own output within broad operational targets with significant impact with the job area.,Explains facts, practices, policies, etc. to  both internal and external parties.,Correct or resolve issues or problems in existing systems and processes.  Makes minor changes.,Frequently problems and issues to be addressed generally fall within a single job area or discipline; scope of problem well defined.   Less often, Problems may be only vaguely defined and require understanding and consideration of other job areas.,Often uses specialized knowledge of specific commercial, technical, trades, or office operations and less frequently uses broad theory and principles within a professional discipline or advanced technical/operational practices.,Individual contributor, no direct responsibility for leading others.,Application of knowledge is narrow (domestic) and limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar culture.
