Assists in the administration of HR activities across assigned location covering multiple HR areas. Provides other basic HR support as needed.  University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.,Bachelors Degree,1 Year,Evaluated in context of the standard size.  Often sets and achieves daily operational objectives with some direct impact on others within area. Occasionally sets and delivers operational objectives with direct impact on achieving results within area.,Often explains facts, practices, policies, etc. to primarily others internally. Infrequently uses influence to convince primarily others internally where strong interest exists to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.,Regularly Correct or resolve issues or problems in existing systems and processes.  Makes minor changes.  Less often Adapts or enhances quality or value in existing methods; make better as part of day-to-day activities.,Problems may be only vaguely defined and require understanding and consideration of other job areas.,Often uses broad theory and principles within a discipline or advanced technical/operational practices.  Occasionally uses advanced knowledge and skills within a specific discipline integrating theory and principles with organizational practices.,Individual contributor, no direct responsibility for leading others.,Application of knowledge is narrow (domestic) and limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar culture.
