Supports the design and development of HR applications and data management solutions based on business needs and capabilities. This may include functional and technical system requirements, functional process performance measures/metrics and reporting, and/or system maintenance and testing.  University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.,Bachelors Degree,1 Year,Evaluated in context of the standard size.  Often sets and achieves daily operational objectives with some direct impact on others within area. Occasionally sets and delivers operational objectives with direct impact on achieving results within area.,Often explains facts, practices, policies, etc. to primarily others internally.
