Supervises a team of representatives for the HR operations team.  University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.  3 Years suggested minimum experience.,Bachelors Degree,3 Years,Evaluated in context of the standard size.  Often sets and achieves daily operational objectives with some direct impact on others within area. Occasionally sets and delivers operational objectives with direct impact on achieving results within area.,Often explains facts, practices, policies to  both internal and external parties. Infrequently uses influence to convince  both internal and external parties that have a desire to reach agreement to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.,Correct or resolve issues or problems in existing systems and processes.  Makes minor changes.,Problems may be only vaguely defined and require understanding and consideration of other job areas.,Often uses broad theory and principles within a discipline or advanced technical/operational practices.  Occasionally uses advanced knowledge and skills within a specific discipline integrating theory and principles with organizational practices.,Manages at least three team members; leads, schedules, allocates and monitors work.,Application of knowledge is narrow (domestic) and limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar culture.
