Estimation Engineer

Conducts engineering, process and estimating work during detailed development of small or less complex projects. Builds and validates project cost estimates and work scopes with the operations and sales teams. Performs analyses to quantify potential cost savings and benefits. Implements, deploys, and tracks the customers' service business plans. Serves as point of communication for customer for overall delivery.  University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.,Bachelors Degree,1 Year,Evaluated in context of the standard size.  Sets operational objectives and delivers results that have a direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area.,Explains facts, practices, policies, etc. to  both internal and external parties.,Regularly Correct or resolve issues or problems in existing systems and processes.  Makes minor changes.  Less often Adapts or enhances quality or value in existing methods; make better as part of day-to-day activities.,Frequently problems and issues to be addressed generally fall within a single job area or discipline; scope of problem well defined.   Less often, Problems may be only vaguely defined and require understanding and consideration of other job areas.,Broader knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline or advanced  technical/operational practices.,Individual contributor, no direct responsibility for leading others.,Application of knowledge is narrow (domestic) and limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar culture.
