Application Engineer

Supports a range of highly complex product and technical support activities as the authority. Uses advanced processes and tools to maximize results, and acts as a technical consultant/liaison with top engineering personnel.  University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.,Bachelors Degree,1 Year,Evaluated in context of the standard size.  Often sets and achieves daily operational objectives with some direct impact on others within area. Occasionally sets and delivers operational objectives with direct impact on achieving results within area.,Explains facts, practices, policies, etc. to primarily others internally.,Regularly follows clear instructions, procedures and processes.  No changes are expected.  Less often corrects or resolves issues or problems in existing systems and processes with the help of existing norms, procedures or processes or authority.,Frequently problems and issues to be addressed generally fall within a single job area or discipline; scope of problem well defined.   Less often, Problems may be only vaguely defined and require understanding and consideration of other job areas.,Broader knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline or advanced  technical/operational practices.,Manages less than three team members, or leads an indirect team which may be of substantive size.,Application of knowledge is narrow (domestic) and limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar culture.
