Al Salem Johnson Controls opens diversified learning and development opportunities to its technicians, designed to provide them the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively and efficiently operate and provide customers with high quality services.

This program’s objective is to prepare competent Saudi Technicians in the field of HVAC and Refrigeration for our After Market operation and services. The first stage of this program starts with one week class room learning sessions on HVAC&R Fundamentals. The Technicians go through a second stage that stretches over a year, were they will be engaging on daily duties with the service team members through hands on live experience on sites. During this phase they should also receive continues mentoring, coaching, guidance and tracking to their performance to reach to an operator’s level skills then to operation and maintenance level skills. This program will be developed / upgraded along with the progress of Technician’s skills to reach to the advance level of service technician’s skills within three years. 

The technicians’ training course fall into 4 categories; technical courses, control courses, soft skill courses, safety courses. Each category has under its umbrella diversified courses that vary in length, location, technical field
