Co-operative Training Program

Co-operative Training Program

In line with the universities and colleges in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia pursuing training-related programs arranged in coordination with national companies, Al Salem Johnson Controls offers internship opportunities to a limited number of high qualified Saudi university students, especially those specializing in industrial and technical fields, as well as marketing, finance and administration and more.

This program is designed to assist final year students who are about to graduate (Coop Trainees) gaining practical work experience, as well as meet the graduation requirements of their respective universities and colleges. Trainees are evaluated at the end of the program, to determine their overall grade for the internship credits required by the university/college.

Coop Trainee students can only join if there is a well-defined project and/or area of development or an initiative. The Program is a three-way partnership between the University, students and employers for a period of 4 – 7 months.
